Payment for each session is due in advance to reserve your child's spot. Each session is $30, or $100 for 4 or $200 for all 8 sessions. No refunds are given, but dates may be switched based on availability. How will you be paying? *
I hereby verify that all of the above information is complete and accurate to my knowledge. I understand that Pitter Patter Parenting is not responsible for personal property or personal injury sustained by the participant and I hereby agree to hold harmless Pitter Patter Parenting and it's personnel from such losses or injuries. In the event that a parent/legal guardian can not be reached in an emergency situation involving the above-named participant, I hereby give permission to the camp director to seek medical treatment for the above-named participant. I agree to notify the camp director of any changes prior to each camp session. My typed name below serves as my signature agreement to these terms. *
