TERMS and CONDITIONS
To complete your registration, please read and agree to the terms and conditions below.

PAYMENTS are due by May 20 in order to hold a place for your child. Your spot will be confirmed via email once payment is received.
FULL REFUND will be available through June 16th, minus a $40 processing and admin fee. Refunds must be requested in writing to info@msctheatre.org
AS OF JUNE 17th No refunds will be available. As we are preparing a high quality experience with guest artists and top-notch teachers, we need to have our final number and plans set to go by 6/17. If you find you must cancel during this time for any reason, MSCT will offer you a 50% credit to be used toward any future class, show or service within a one year time period. We thank you for understanding and for respecting the time and the quality of our staff.
EMERGENCIES We understand that family emergencies and sicknesses arise. Should any emergencies come up that require your child to miss camp, please call or email us to discuss and we will work with you. 843-689-6246

HEALTH AND SAFETY
Whereas the above registrant(s) is about to participate in a performing arts program at Main Stage Community Theatre in the year 2024;
Whereas, in consideration of the permission to me by the Main Stage Community Theatre and any other entities or persons associated with sponsoring and/or promoting the aforesaid production, we release from any and all claims, demands, action or causes of action on account of any severity which may occur to my child during said rehearsals and performances;
Whereas, I herby give permission for emergency medical treatment to be administered to my child in the event of any emergency that might occur, such treatment shall includes summoning professional medical assistance, dialing 911, administering emergency first aid assistance, and/or transportation to the nearest medical facility.

I understand that during the course of my participation in the Main Stage Community Theatre (“MSCT”) during the 2024 season, that MSCT, and those acting with the permission or authority of MSCT, may capture my name, likeness, image or voice in photographic, audio, video, digital files or other forms (“Media”).  I recognize that all Media – including film, photographic prints, audio or digital files– are the exclusive property of MSCT.  In addition, I hereby permit MSCT, and those acting with the permission or authority of MSCT, to use my name /photo in any and all media (including internet), now and hereinafter devised, for any non-commercial, non-profit, advertising or educational uses.  I understand and agree that MSCT, or those acting with its permission or authority, may use the Media in materials available to students, parents, faculty or staff, and individuals outside the MSCT community, including in publicity or promotional materials for the current or future production or marketing materials.  I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve:  (a) the finished Media, (b) any printed matter that may be used in conjunction with Media, or (c) the eventual use to which the Media may be applied.
This agreement constitutes the sole, complete and exclusive agreement regarding the Media, and I am not relying on any other representation, oral or written.
Note:  If the participant or student is less than eighteen (18) years old, a parent/guardian MUST agree below.
