Thank you for registering for the 12HR Florida Chapter 491 Qualified Supervisor Training, CE Broker Course #20-609085, being held LIVE Via Zoom through Florida Art Therapy Services on Sunday October 3 & Monday October 4, 2021. Please plan to log-in by 8:50AM the day of the training to resolve any technical challenges as we will begin promptly at 9AM.

You will be expected to have your camera on throughout the course and in an area free from distractions, as required by the Board. At the end of day 2, you will receive a survey and a quiz to complete.

Your certificate will be awarded and sent to the e-mail used to register for the course after the quiz has been submitted.

We will submit your attendance in CE Broker; however, it is recommended that you check the following week to ensure it was updated to your record.
