WE ARE MONSTERS: Ages 5-13    
ADDAMS FAMILY: Ages 12-18  
(Addams Family will be double cast. There is one role in Addams Family for which an actor younger than 12 may be considered.)

REHEARSAL/PERFORMANCE DATES 
Rehearsals will begin June 3rd. 
Tech/shows will take place June 15th-23rd.

REHEARSALS
Rehearsals will take place Monday-Saturday, 1pm and later. All actors will submit conflicts at auditions. We will work around as many conflicts as possible and create a schedule based around actor conflicts. 

AUDITION REQUIREMENTS
Prepare one 32-bar cut (about one minute) of any song that shows off your voice, preferably in the style of the show. Songs may be performed with recorded accompaniment or a cappella. Accompaniment tracks may be played from a phone or emailed to us before the audition. We will connect phones to our speaker system.

TUITION: $300*  ADDITIONAL SIBLINGS: $200
*Payment plans and scholarships are available. The scholarship application must be submitted two weeks before auditions. Scholarship applications are due two weeks prior to auditions.

ACTOR AGREEMENT, LIABILITY, & MEDIA RELEASE Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement Signee (or signee's parent/legal guardian if under 18 years of age) agrees to indemnity and hold harmless Places! Productions; venues; and their directors, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers from all claims involving injury to person or property during all auditions, rehearsals, and performances; unless such injury or damage is due to the sole negligence of Places! Productions or its directors, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers. Signee expressly waives all rights to bring upon any legal action against Places! Productions, venues, and any person acting in an official capacity for either entity; for any and all claims involving bodily injury, personal and advertising injury, and damage to personal property during all activities associated with Places! Productions. Such activities include, but are not limited to, auditions, call backs, rehearsals, performances, set building, set load-in, set tear down, and set load-out; as well as transportation associated with these activities. Signee acknowledges participation in Places! Productions is on a volunteer-basis and assumes all risks, responsibilities, and liabilities therein. Places! Productions reserves all rights and equitable remedies under applicable law.

CORONAVIRUS STATEMENT AND RELEASE SIGNEE  (or signee's parent/legal guardian if under 18 years of age) is aware of the risk of novel coronavirus, also known as COVID-19, and its contagious nature. Places! Productions will do everything in its power to protect all actors, staff, and volunteers from the risk of catching this virus. Signee agrees and acknowledges that the risk of infection exists even with safeguards in effect. By participating in any Places! Productions event, signee expressly waives all rights to pursue any claims or legal action against Places! MEDIA RELEASE Throughout this production, performers may be highlighted in photos or videos on our website, social media, & other media outlets in efforts to promote upcoming shows. Footage may be used for the above, as well as for competitions and other events. By participating, signee (or signee's parent/legal guardian if under 18 years of age) acknowledges and agrees to the above and below. I hereby give Places! Productions, and its employees, representatives, and authorized media organizations permission to print, photograph, and record me or my child for use in audio, video, film, or any other electronic, digital, and printed media. I am aware that I will not receive monetary compensation for my own or my child’s participation. I further release Places! Productions and respective venues, including employees and volunteers, and all other representatives therein from any and all liability, known and unknown, arising out of the use of this material.  I certify that I have read the Media Consent and Release Liability statement and fully understand its terms and conditions.   *
