Registration Deadline and Cancellation Policy

Deadline for Application (申し込み締切日）:

Part 1: Monday July 10th
Part 2: Monday July 17th
Part 3: Wednesday August 2nd

·Registration deadline for FULL REFUND will be two weeks prior to the first date of that part’s Summer Program. Registration deadline for 50% REFUND will be one weeks prior to the first date of that part’s Summer Program. After these dates, there will be no refunds made.

·Even if it is before the deadline, if we are at maximum capacity we will stop acceptance of applications.

・各パートのサマープログラム開始日の2週間前までが全額の払い戻しの期限、1週間前までが50%払い戻しの期限となります。これらの期限を過ぎると、払い戻しはできません。

・締切日前であっても、定員に達した場合は受付を締め切ります。
