Makerspaces provide hands-on, creative ways to encourage students to design, experiment, build and invent as they deeply engage in science, engineering and tinkering. In partnership with DODEA, West Hills STEM Academy is offering a Virtual Makerspace.
Each month there will be a new Makerspace Challenge. Your student will be asked to join a google classroom that will include all challenge instructions, videos, places to share projects and teacher contacts. All materials will be provided on a specific pick up date that you will receive via email or remind for each month. You may sign up for all or just a couple months, you choose!
If you would like to sign your student up for a Virtual Maker's Space experience, please fill in the following information. Please fill out a separate registration for each student you are registering. All registrations must be submitted by the date listed below to have supplies for the next month.
