BARWICK & SCHOLES COMMUNITY FUND APPLICATION FOR RESIDENT TICKETS 2020

This form should be completed for all residents wishing to apply for a Leeds Festival resident's ticket. It should be used for single applicants and for group applications (up to a maximum of 5 persons per group). Details for all applicants within a group should be submitted on the same form (this is different to previous years).

Group applications will be treated as a single entity. In the event of a ballot, the group application will have an equal chance of being drawn as a single applicant.
