Whānau experiences on remote learning during COVID-19 Rāhui
The recent rāhui has challenged us as a community to consider the learning opportunities challenges our rangitahi have faced during the lockdown, and to think about those we may wish to hold onto. As a College we are very interested in hearing views from our whānau and community on learning and your experiences during the COVID-19 rāhui. We know we saw some really interesting and valuable learning occurring, and we are keen to know what you thought, felt, saw and experienced as parents. We want to try and learn from those experiences, so your thoughts and feedback are really important.
One great piece of learning was
"As we go back to 'normal', let's decide what parts of normal we want to go back to."
Thinking about what learning in the future may look like at Garin College, we would like to ask for your help in deciding which parts of rāhui and our pre-COVID-19 style of learning we want to hold on to and which parts we need to move on from.
