Each year, the Berlin/Boylston SEPAC gives families* a chance to recognize a teacher, assistant or other staff member who has made a difference for their child.
If you would like to shine a spotlight on a teacher, administrator or other staff, please complete the form below, including a statement about why that person is an Excellent Educator!
During Teacher Appreciation Week (May 6-10, 2019), a member of the SEPAC and the Principal of each school will present each Excellent Educator Award recipient with a certificate, a letter of appreciation and a copy of the statement provided by you (it can be anonymous if you wish). A copy of the recognition letter will also be placed in each professional's file.
You can request certificates for as many educators or professionals as you wish, but PLEASE COMPLETE THE FORM FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL CERTIFICATE.
