PanSIG2024 Unvetted Proposals And/Or Tables
This is the form for submitted unvetted for PanSIG2024. This includes, but is not limited to: SIG forums, plenary or featured speaker submissions, JALT-related committee or group workshops, and sponsored proposals by associate members. Please only submit something at this link if you have been instructed to do so by a member of the PanSIG planning committee. Any proposals submitted here in error will not be accepted for presentation. 

The deadline for unvetted submissions is Friday 15th March at (23.59 JST).

When submitting unvetted proposals, please include the names of all presenters. A note like "To Be Determined" or "Will notify later" will not be accepted for SIG forums and JALT committee/organization submissions. 

Scheduling of the conference will be done in March and, in order to avoid scheduling conflicts, we are requiring all presenters names to be listed at the time of submission. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this regard.

Please enter your title, using Title Case. It should be no more than 75 characters (40 characters for Japanese and Mandarin-Chinese) including spaces.
Please enter your abstract. It should be no more than 200 words in English, French, Hungarian, German, Italian, Romanian and Spanish, 400 Japanese characters. This will be used for vetting in the selection process as well as appearing in the conference handbook. Submissions that have fewer than 150 words or 300 Japanese characters may be declined for acceptance. For proposals submitted in languages other than English, we request a short description of its content in English for vetting purposes.
Please enter the presenter order, name(s) of the presenter(s) listing their name, and affiliation.

For example: family name followed by given name then affiliation (1. Smith John, Japan University; 2. Jones, Susan, Osaka University). 

If there is more than one presenter, please separate each name with a semicolon. 

"To Be Determined" or "Will notify later" will not be accepted for SIG forums and JALT committee/organization submissions.
