Muscatine's Pearl City Vintage Market 2023
We are excited for your interest in the 3rd Annual Pearl City Vintage Market!  For one day only, vendors will set-up on Muscatine's Riverfront.  The market will feature vintage, handmade, re-purposed and curated goods along with live music, food trucks, fall-themed bar, and kids area!  This is a family-friendly event offered free to the community.  Last year's event saw about 2,000 people.

Vendor Application:  Due July 1, 2023
*Applicants are not guaranteed a spot.  You will receive an email once approved. Applicants are encouraged to apply before the due date as spots may fill up quickly.

Describe your vintage, handmade items, re-purposed or curated goods that you wish to sell at the Pearl City Vintage Market.  Please be very specific.  We do our best to offer a variety of items sold at the market and there are a limited number of spots per category. *

RULES & REGULATIONS:  Businesses are not allowed to sell any items associated with the NCAA without being licensed.  Please attached a copy of your license when you submit photos.  No direct sales or MLM will be accepted.  One business allowed per booth.  Each business is responsible for providing their own table, tent (if desired) and staffing for their booth.  Each business is responsible for cleaning up booth space after the event and may not be taken down prior to the conclusion of the event at 3:00pm on Saturday, October 14, 2023. *

I am aware that a Certificate of Liability Insurance is needed to participate in the Pearl City Vintage Market. If you do not have insurance, you will need to sign a waiver which will be provided on approval.
