Virtual and Hybrid Student Attendance Form
Each student, who is at home, either as a full virtual student or a hybrid student, must fill out this form each day that they are home to receive credit for being in attendance that day. This form must be completed between 8:00am-8:25am each morning. If this form is not completed by 8:25am, the student will be marked absent for the day.
