2027 New Orleans Shadows and Seduction Volunteer Interest Form 
Hi! Wow I can’t believe we’re already starting the forms for 2027!!  Thank you so much for your interest in Shadows & Seduction brought to you by Sinners & Stardust, taking place in New Orleans, LA 💜 March 19-21st, 2027 at The Hyatt New Orleans!
 
This is an event created for dark romance lovers by dark romance lovers. It's important to note that in order to volunteer for this event you must be at least 21 years of age at the time of the event.

This form is strictly an inquiry form and completion of this form does not guarantee a volunteer position to the March 2027 Shadows & Seduction Event. Upon acceptance, a Volunteer Requirements Sheet will be sent to applicants via the email you provide below.  

Please be sure to answer all the questions so our team can respond in a prompt manner. If you are admitted as a volunteer to this event, you will be notified via email no later than May 2026. Thank you!

What is a volunteer ticket?
These tickets are “Seduction” tier tickets that will be given to those selected free of charge in exchange for your time as a volunteer. 
We do break up your volunteer time into shifts in order to give everyone a chance to shop and meet their favorite authors! These shifts will split the work time in half and are chosen at random. If you open one day you’ll close the other etc.
