Please read the following instruction and check the schedule before submitting this form.
* The tutoring session for Spring 2023 will be held in-person.
* Students are allowed to get a tutor for 1 hour per subject per week.
* Tutors will be assigned randomly based on your available time.
* Only the students who are currently taking the courses can request for tutoring.
* Tutors and tutees should keep the time and date, and the tutors are required to turn in the proof in documents.
* Students will get a penalty when an accusation of dishonesty is appealed.
* Specific meet-up times need to be scheduled with the tutor of your choice.
