On Sunday, August 28th at 4:00 pm all IU undergraduate students interested in potentially joining a fraternity will attend a meeting at the Indiana Memorial Union in Alumni Hall. The entrance is directly behind the Starbucks located in the IMU.
There will be a check in table outside of the room separated by last name where you will verify your attendance and receive additional recruitment information.
From 4:00 - 5:00 pm the IFC Executive Board will preview what the week will look like as well as offer recommendations for how best to conduct yourself throughout the week. This will include things you are not allowed to talk about or do as a Potential New Member (PNM) so your attendance and focus is crucial to you obtaining a bid.
From 5:00 - 6:30 pm each fraternity will will have a table staffed by current members that will have information about the chapter and future events. This will be your only opportunity with all the chapters in one central location so you should plan to use this time to talk to as many fraternities as possible.
