Please complete the 2021-2022 Current Student Registration Process online by Wednesday, November 11, 2020.  This process also includes the $250.00 Non-Refundable Family Registration Fee.  Your registration process is considered late after December 1, 2020 and would then be assessed a $50 late fee.

Siblings of Current Students who might be ready for SLDM's Pre-School 3yr and 4yr old programs, need to have their own application packet submitted.  These can be requested, through Jennifer Podlogar (jpodlogar@sldmfishers.org).  They will be delivered to you electronically on or after November 12th.  (The Family Registration fee covers this new student application fee.)
