PALS Jr. Counselor Requirements
Counselors are chosen for their sincere dedication, mature judgment, and highly motivated leadership. Once we are satisfied that a person meets those high standards, we look for individual skills and abilities that will enhance our program. We are primarily concerned, however, with your being an outstanding role model for the many teens who will look to you for daily guidance. We expect all counselors to be team players who exert a constant, positive influence on their peers and delegates. We recruit a select few Junior Counselors at age 15 by invitation only.

We have zero tolerance for illegal drug use, intoxication, underage drinking, tobacco use or possession (in any form) on camp facilities, property damage and violence. If you meet the above requirements, and have the dedication and motivation to exceed our expectations, then we invite you to fill out this application and return it to us for consideration for the greatest volunteer experience you'll ever have.
