Upon submitting your application, your application status will be considered “pending” until you have completed a phone interview with a Radiate staff member, and you have a current background check on file for BHBC. If you do not have an updated BHBC background check, you'll get an email from Diana Culpepper; otherwise, you're good. Once your application has been accepted, you will receive an email from Savannah Bloodworth.

Basic Overview of the Role of Small Group Leader at Burnt Hickory Baptist Church (you will receive an email with more detailed objectives when your application has been accepted):

• Be a spiritual mentor for the weekend: you will create and facilitate appropriate, gospel-centered relationships with students
• Facilitate 4 small group sessions and lead your group in recreation time on Saturday

• Plan to stay with your group from Friday through Sunday morning

• Attend a 4:00 mandatory leader training meeting on Friday, November 3
