Buyer agrees to pay $250 deposit with the remainder due paid in CASH upon delivery. This puts the Buyer in line for pick of the litter. Picks will be on a first come, first served basis. Buyer will be contacted within 72 hrs of birth of the litter. Picks must be made by 2 weeks of age to secure puppy. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Buyer will forfeit the deposit and any rights to the Dog if Buyer fails to complete the purchase of the Dog for any reason and Seller shall be free to sell the Dog to another party. If the puppy is not available due to any circumstance owing to the fault of the Seller, Buyer's deposit will be refunded or applied to the balance of a future litter at Buyer's choice. Please initial below. *

Health Guarantee

Seller is responsible for genetic defects until 2 years of age provided all requirements of the health guarantee are met. The puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of pick up or delivery and will have dew claws removed, health checklist from vet and first round of puppy shots. Replacement puppy will be available only if entire requirements are followed. Under no circumstances are refunds issued.

1) The puppy must be examined by a practicing licensed vet within 48 business hours of pickup date. Buyer must return a copy of the vet visit report to KC's Great Danoodles within one week. 2) If the puppy dies for any reason, you must have followed your vet's advice and have a necropsy performed (at buyer's expense by your state lab) and provide report to KC's Great Danoodles. 3) Seller does not guarantee against hypoglycemia or any other common problems such as diarrhea, giardia, wormy stool, coccidiosis, ear mites, external parasites, stress due to shipping or new home. Other minor problems are not covered under this guarantee and are the responsibility of the buyer. 4) Any and all veterinarian expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer. 5) No guarantee will be given as to size, color, quality, or fertility. 6) Completing the puppy’s infant vaccination series and annual boosters are required. Must be able to provide veterinarian documentation. 7) Seller will not be responsible for accidents that happen after pup leaves seller or after being dropped off for shipping. 8) Minor health problems that can be cured by medication/surgery are not covered by any guarantee. 9) The breeder/seller does not guarantee against skin problems such as puppy acne, allergies, etc. This also does not cover HOD, pano, OCD, and growth related problems, as these are not genetic.
