Become our Super Account Manager!
Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced account manager that can help us nurture the relationship with clients ensuring their satisfaction, and manage the project helping the team deliver at its maximum level. You can be based anywhere in the world!

Your role is to manage the communications with the client, handle the weekly and monthly calls, manage the team's projects on ClickUp, and be sure that everyone is updated on the last important news or urgent task.

You'll perfectly manage all the internal projects and tasks, ensuring we respect deadlines and overdeliver on every task.

How you will fit into the mold: You'll help us analyze data, tell us where we need to improve and increase the total client revenue from Klaviyo.

The best part is you’ll be able to work remotely, set your own schedule, and travel as much as you like. You decide when to take breaks, and you get to plot your days off. We’re a 100% full-remote team, and you can be 100% location-independent.

All that we ask is that you are online (contactable and available for any modifications or edits) between the working window of 10 AM - 6 PM CET time, Monday to Friday.

Requirements
  • You have a "zoom-out" vision over daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and goals. You're a natural leader.

  • You are a native English speaker, as you'll need to handle both written conversations and video calls with the clients and the team.
  • You’re a highly organized and gifted time manager.
  • You thrive on self-management and taking the initiative.
  • You have great communication skills and can explain complex problems in simple terms.
Responsibilities
  • Communicate with the client.
  • Manage projects on ClickUp.
  • Help information flowing between the client and us.
  • Analyze current industry trends to identify business opportunities that would generate revenue resources and profitability.
  • Expand our accounts through cross-selling and up-sell.

Please note that this role requires that you work as a contractor for our agency, which means you will be responsible for filing your own taxes.
