Madeira FC Fall 2024 Tryouts
Thank you for your interest in Madeira FC and for joining the fall 2024 tryouts.  The majority of tryouts will be held in a relaxed environment in pre-existing practice sessions throughout the season.  Upon completion of this form, a coach will reach out to you to help schedule a time(s) for your child to attend.
