Mommas, Munchkins, and Milk 2019 Registration (For donors/sponsors/vendors)
In celebration of WORLD BREASTFEEDING WEEK, the Breastfeeding Support Group of Pulaski, TN is hosting for the community a BABY EXPO on Saturday, AUGUST 3, 2019 from 10AM-2PM at the Pulaski Recreation Center

About the Event:
Vendors and speakers will be related to health and wellness for mothers and babies, including NUTRITION, INNOVATIVE BABY PRODUCTS, CAR SEAT SAFETY, PARENTING, and the ART OF BREASTFEEDING
Breastfeeding moms and nurslings: At 10:30am, participate in the BIG LATCH ON
In addition to as education for parents, the event will include FOOD, DOOR PRIZES, & GRAB BAGS
And the best part? It’s all FREE for those who attend!

Thank you for your interest in having a booth at our event. The registration fee is $30 for a 10' wide' booth or $50 for a 20' wide Booth. This includes a table for your use, but please consider bringing your own table and chairs.We also have many sponsorship levels, described below. Your support helps our group's year-round programming to support the women of Giles County and surrounding areas. FEES CAN BE MADE VIA PAYPAL to info@breastfeedingsupportofpulaski.org or checks made to Breastfeeding Support Group of Pulaski, TN and mailed to 600 Blooming Grove Rd, Pulaski, TN 38478

GOLD SPONSORSHIP - $500 Donation (at least 50% of donation must be monetary*)
Your logo on our promotional t-shirts. Whole page ad in our event program, your logo in our sponsorship album on our Facebook page, your logo/name mentioned on digital, radio, and television advertising, your name mentioned in the event’s central location/vendor area, and we will promote you on social media. Also includes a 20' wide booth space where you can represent your company, and your promotional item or sample in 100 Swag Bags.

SILVER SPONSORSHIP - $250 Donation (at least 50% of donation must be monetary*)
Half-page ad in our event program, your logo in our sponsorship album on our Facebook page, your name mentioned in the event’s central location/vendor area, and we will promote you on social media. Also includes a 20' wide booth space where you can represent your company, and your promotional item or sample in 100 Swag Bags.

BRONZE SPONSORSHIP - $100 Donation  (at least 50% of donation must be monetary*)
Quarter page ad in our event program, your business will be mentioned during the event announcements in the event’s central location/vendor area, and we will promote you on social media.  Also includes a 10' wide booth space where you can represent your company, and your promotional item or sample in 100 Swag Bags.

OTHER WAYS TO PARTICIPATE

Vendor/Informational Booths
Booth spaces are available for vendors or businesses. Spaces are 10' wide and cost $30, or $50 for a 20' double space. Your business will also be mentioned on our social media pages, and you can include a promotional item or giveaway in our 100 swag bags. We also encourage you to donate an item to our door prize giveaways.

Swag Bags
Donations or booth rentals of $30 or more will earn you the opportunity to include a sample item or promotional material in each of our Swag Bags that will be offered to the first 100 adults who enter our event. We will also promote you on social media.

Door Prizes
Products and gift certificates are appreciated to be given away as door prizes during our speaker sessions and at the end of the expo. Your business name will be mentioned at the expo and promoted on social media.

* A portion of the sponsorship must be donated in monetary funds or approved exchange of services for the event.
