`Pre-Licensing Course

This class is only for those who hold a valid NYS learners permit
After the class you will receive a MV278 Pre-Licensing Certificate which you can use to schedule a road test
This certificate will be valid for one year after it's issue date
When your certificate expires you must retake the class
If your certificate is not expired and you need a duplicate then you can attain one for $10 upon request.
The information entered on this form will be used to fill out your certificate

1. Enter Your Name and Phone Number that can receive text
2. Choose which class you are looking to attend (Classes will be held In-person and via Zoom)

***No need to pre-register or post-register in-person to receive your certificate
Certificates can be mailed for an extra $5 but we recommend that you arrange to pick it up
Certificate Pickup will be (By appointment)

Most packages include the in-person version of the class.

There is an additional $10 fee if you wish to switch your in-person class to the zoom version.

If doing the zoom version of the class please make a payment at least 12-24 hours

before the start of the class

6. Hit Submit

7. We will text you a link for the zoom class a half hour before the class start time
