Regional Spring Meet Conference 3A Region II at Tyler Junior College: Substitute Eligibility Form
This form must be filled out completely and submitted at least by noon the day before the Regional Spring Meet. It can only be filled out by the District administrator or an authorized principal or designated administrator. NOTE: If a substitution is made AFTER noon on the day before the Regional Spring Meet, you should complete the UIL Substitute Eligibility Form and turn it into the Event Director ASAP on the day of the contest.
