The registration for HKIS conference 2021 is free of charge.

According to the current plan, if you plan to attend the conference on-site (i.e., the IAS building of the HKUST campus), you could enjoy the whole program (including the invited talk, talks from speakers and food/drinks in the lunch). Tentatively, the lunch will be provided by "Conference Lodge" of HKUST (operated by "Nina Hospitality" (previously called "L'hotels")).

Note:
1. It is required that each on-site participant has to get the first dose of COVID19 vaccine on the conference day and to use the “LeaveHomeSafe” mobile application during the conference.
2. You should NOT come to the conference on-site if you are be under the HK Government's compulsory quarantine order during the conference period.
3. You should NOT come to the conference on-site if you are required by the Government to undergo a COVID-19 testing and awaiting the test result during the conference period.
4. We will provide a coach service from the Sundial area (near to the North Bus Stop) of the HKUST campus to the IAS building which departs at 8:30am and 8:45am on the conference day. Note that there are two bus stops in HKUST, namely North Bus Stop and South Bus Stop. The IAS building could be reached from the South Bus Stop within 10 minutes. But, the IAS building could be reached from the North Bus Stop for more than 15 minutes. We provide a coach service from the Sundial area to the IAS building. Detailed coach arrangement (e.g., the exact gathering venue) will be announced later.
5. Similarly, we will provide a coach service from the IAS building to the Sundial area which departs just after the conference ends.
