RCASU Christmas Fête 2019: Stall holders sign up form
***Please fill in the form if you'd like to take part but note, this doesn't guarantee you a spot - we've reached max numbers already! We'll try to fit in as many people as we can and re-allocate any drop out's asap. The Fete tables are allocated on a first come first serve basis.***

Established seven years ago, the RCA Christmas Fête brings together RCA students, staff and alumni to deliver beautifully crafted goods for the wider community.

RCA students are at the centre of this event, as it presents them with the opportunity to share their work and ideas with a wider audience. Earnings from the fete go directly towards stall holders at the College, who receive 100% of the profit from their sales. Last year saw an incredible £30,000 raised for students across the four day event.

This year we will be hosting the fête in Kensington between Thursday 5th December - Sunday 8th December.

Opening times are to be confirmed but likely:
05/12:  6 - 9pm (PV)
06/12:  12 - 8pm
07/12:  12 - 6pm
08/12:  12 - 6pm

PRICING

RCA Student price: 1/3 table =  £35.00, 2/3 table = £65.00, whole table = £90.00

RCA Alumni price: 1/3 table = £45.00, 2/3 table = £90.00, whole table = £125.00

RCA Staff price: 1/3 table = £55.00, 2/3 table = £110.00, whole table = £150.00


A deposit is required and non-refundable. The deposit amounts to the cost of ⅓ of a stall. Please make sure that you have selected the correct amount to pay in relation to the stall you wish to occupy. The full payment for a ⅓ of a stall is a non-refundable deposit that has to be paid before Friday 22nd November as part of the application process. Please note that we will match individuals with other individuals to share a stall, maximum 3 people per stall.

We will email you with the relevant forms to complete the application process once you have submitted this form.

Please note, it'll be first come first serve for table allocation - please do not fill in the form more than once.
