If you are already an approved Parkhound FTC User, so currently parking with us via Parkhound or Other means, we would like you to register your contact details with us.

Why do we ask this?

Answer: Parkhound is great for our users to select a space, enter details, for us to view and accept, and then for easy monthly automatic payments.  However, it is terrible for us to view your details quickly and communicate in an efficient way with you all, we can just communicate one on one via the App or Desktop.  Hence if we keep a register of your contact details (email, mobile, name) we can send group emails with sufficient information and links to help our communications.

Another things is, Parkhound don't allow us to have links, emails or web addresses in the messages to you.

I guess they don't understand why we use them, and think they are the ones controlling the connection and want to maintain this control...  Though that is not the reason we use their services so much in our case.

So if you wouldn't mind, please, if you are using our parking facility, please register your basic and best contact details (private email is sometimes best, not work) so we can communicate when needed.
