We've created this new customer survey to find out how you think Sport Wotton is doing. We've added some extra questions this time around to provide a more rounded view of your thoughts and opinions.

Before you start please read the FAQs and answers below. These are the most common comments added to our customer surveys:

- Why don't you open during the day? - The centre is part of Katharine Lady Berkeley’s School and can therefore not open during the school day which lasts until 18:00.

- Why do you close on Saturdays during the summer? Unfortunately, there seems to be little demand for use of the facilities on Saturdays outside of peak-season (September-March). We constantly monitor this and will of course alter our opening hours if we see enough to demand to make opening a viable option.

- What is Sport Wotton responsible for? The letting out and promotion of the sports facilities provided by KLB School and the Wotton Community Sports Foundation (WCSF).

- When is the centre cleaned? Once every weekday, twice on a Saturday (including the sports hall floor) and deep cleans take place during school holidays.

You are not required to add your contact details at the end of this survey but we find it very helpful when people do. Unfortunately, it is quite hard to follow up on some complaints when we cannot investigate further.

If you have any complaints about maintenance and/or cleaning issues providing further detail really helps in solving the problem.
