Kickerillo-Mischer Preserve

This Leave No Trace Awareness program will cover portions of the requirements for the BSA Leave No Trace, Outdoor Code, and Tread Lightly principles. Class is designed with BSA requirements but is open to the public, for ages 10 and up.

Due to Coronavirus precautions and social distancing requirements, class numbers will be limited. Please only register your Scout for the class, so as not to fill up the program with non-participants. Scouts should be of a rank requisite with receiving the merit badge. Register each Scout individually.

Parents and Scout Leaders wishing to participate on the program day, may be in the preserve, in the adjacent area, can participate in any hikes needed with their Scout, but will not be in the area of the class presentation. This program will attempt to complete as many requirements as possible but will be done as a partial – other requirements will need to be done for completion.

Please bring water and dress for the weather. Masks required.
