EVENT DATE/TIME:    JUNE 17, 2020 FROM 10PM to 3AM
DEADLINE:                AGREEMENT AND PAYMENT MUST BE COMPLETED BY MAY 31, 2020
ADMISSION FEE:        $40 PER STUDENT (Admission fee will increase to $50 after May 31st)

To all EHS Class of 2020 students & parents:

The Edison High School PTSO and administration would like to invite all graduating seniors to attend the 2020 EHS Project Graduation event on June 17TH. Project Graduation provides a fun, safe alternative to partying with your classmates – it keeps all of our graduates off the roads, prevents any of them from becoming an accident statistic and allows parents to rest easy knowing their child is safely celebrating!  There will be plenty of fun activities throughout the night plus unlimited food, beverages and raffle prizes. Bussing is provided!

In order to participate in the event, the following agreement must be completed by a parent/guardian in full, signed (by both a parent/guardian and student) with your $40 admission fee. Please email all questions to the EHS PTSO at EdisonHighPTSO@gmail.com.

REGISTER ONLINE OR SUBMIT FORM : Online registration and payment is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Payments can be made via CASH/CHECK, PAYPAL AND VENMO.

CHECK IN/OUT INFORMATION
CHECK-IN:
All students must take the buses provided back to EHS! Students will be given their personal belongings prior to leaving the Rutgers Campus. For those that do not drive, parents are to be sure arrangements are made to pick up their child by the EHS cafeteria between 3AM and 4AM, on Thursday morning, June 18th.

CHECK-OUT:
All students must take the buses provided back to EHS! Students will be given their personal belongings prior to leaving the Rutgers Campus. RULES AND GUIDELINES FOR PROJECT GRADUATION
->  All school rules apply!
->  Photo Identification is required by ALL: School ID, State ID or State Driver’s License
->  If you are not on the bus, you are NOT at Project Graduation.
     (DO NOT SHOW UP BY CAR AT RUTGERS COLLEGE CAMPUS)
->  There is no smoking at Rutgers College Ave Campus Recreation Center.
->  Rutgers Security or Campus Police will remove anyone under the influence of drugs
     or alcohol, or anyone suspected to be under the influence, or who may attempt to use
     these substances during the event.
->  No one will be allowed to leave the premises at any time unless of an emergency, which
     he/she would then need to be picked up by the emergency contact listed on this
     agreement (our insurance company dictates these rules to us).

WHAT IS NOT PERMITTED TO BRING?
->  Book bags, back packs, etc…
->  Mobile, camera or any type of smart phones
->  Tablets, iPad and/or laptops
->  Music Players
->  Water Bottles
->  Food
->  Medication of any kind (unless previously authorized and approved by EHS nurse)

PLEASE NOTE: All of these items will be confiscated at check-in, bagged, labeled & returned
to student at the end of the event. It is recommended to leave these items home.
WHAT IS PERMITTED TO BRING?
-> Small Lightweight Drawstring Bag will be PROVIDED to each student upon check-in
-> Disposable Cameras Only: Be sure your full name is on it
-> Towel
-> Flip Flops or Sandals
-> Bathing Suits
-> Sneakers and socks (Required for rock climbing wall and some other activities)

PLEASE NOTE: You will be allowed to bring the one drawstring bag provided to you
upon check-in. Items do get misplaced so please bring as little as possible.
