Would you like to pre-purchase pony rides? (Riders must be 60lbs or less to ride our miniature horses and 150lbs or less to ride our larger horses) Rides are led by a Serendipity staff member and last approximately 5 minutes. We encourage lots of photos during pony rides! Pony rides may also be purchased the day of the event.

Would you like to pre-purchase a horseshoe to paint and decorate during your visit? Horseshoes will be taken home as a souvenir.

Once you have completed this form you will receive an email with your invoice to make payment and a link to complete your waiver. Waiver links can also be found on our website. Please complete your waiver prior to arriving at Serendipity to expediate the check-in process. Your tickets are not reserved until your invoice has been paid. If we are fully booked for your chosen date/time we will contact you prior to sending an invoice. We will hold your tickets for 2 days, if your invoice is left unpaid you may lose your reservation. *

Rules and Helpful Hints for Family Days

You will need to check-in upon arrival. Please be patient during check-in. Completing waivers prior to arriving helps us speed up the check-in process. Please use caution and patience while parking and navigating your vehicle on the property.

Families are welcome to bring a picnic lunch and beverages to enjoy in our shaded picnic areas. Avoid taking food and drinks into the animal pens or you may be sharing your snacks with the goats. We offer water bottles and snacks at our concession stand.

Sunscreen and hats are recommended. Strollers are allowed on the property but not recommended inside the animal pens (the goats like to jump in them!)

Please wash your hands before and after any interactions with the animals, especially prior to consuming any food or beverages.

DO NOT chase or cause purposeful distress to any of the animals on the property. Warnings will be given but after two warnings visitors will be asked to leave with no refund.

Please do not open gates with red "do not enter" signage.

When feeding any of the animals it is best to use a "flat hand" or you may feed directly out of the provided pellet cups. Please assist young children when feeding the animals. If you accidentally spill your pellets we can provide an additional feed cup. You may be able to purchase additional feed cups on the day of the event for $1. We may have to limit additional feed cup sales so the animals do not overeat. Thank you for understanding that the animals health is one of our top priorities.

Please supervise children at all times while on the property, and in the bounce house. We will limit the bounce house to no more than 10 children at a time.

Restrooms (porta-potty) and a handwashing sink is available on the property. Please dispose of trash in provided trash cans.

Please discard feed cups and lids in approved buckets around the animal pens. We try to recycle and reuse these cups.

Please be kind to the animals and others that are enjoying their time on the property. If you have any issues please ask for the owner or a manager. We all want to enjoy our time during these events and kindness goes a long way :)
