Northwest Collegiate Ministries (NCM), a recognized student organization at PSU, would love you to be able to get to know you and send you a welcome care package to help make your transition to campus smooth! We know your senior year or last year at community college has not gone as you planned, but we look forward to building the best years together at PSU!  Each care package will include tips from upperclass students about fun places in the city to explore, information about ways to connect at Portland State, and a surprise gift!
