Summer Leadership Program - 2024
The Summer Leadership Program at Summer Cove designed to grow and develop your leadership skills, including communication, problem solving, and collaboration skills. The program consists of one full week of training through self-discovery exercises, team building, and other activities. After you have completed the first week, you will be selected to assist in one of our camps (depending on your availability for the rest of the summer). This is a great opportunity for you to get hands-on work experience for the future, whether it is working at Summer Cove as a staff member in later summers or working elsewhere.

Participants MUST be available the week of July 8th - July 12th to complete part one of the program. This week is mandatory for the program and cannot be missed.
