NCBOA "Conflict of Interest" form
If you are a current member of the NCBOA, we need you to complete this form as soon as possible (even if done previously!). This form is needed to give the assignors additional information prior to assigning you any games. Unfortunately, as they say, "perception is half the battle," so if you have a perceived conflict of interest it is best to handle those before you step onto the court.
