Please use this form to select preferences for school clubs. These clubs will start week commencing January 20th 2020 and run until the end of the term, with the exception of Football and Netball that will start on February 6th. Successful applications will be confirmed after the forms have been processed. The deadline for completing this form is Friday 10th January 2020.
Not all clubs are for all year groups, please check which year groups are eligible to apply for each club.
Please also check that your child is willing to commit to the clubs they apply for, as we have recently had high dropout numbers immediately before clubs start.
