African Clean Energy Smartphone Tender - DEADLINE EXTENDED

African Clean Energy (ACE) is issuing a Request for Proposal in order to select a supplier for the provision of 2500 Android smartphones, to be bundled with the company’s proprietary product - the ACE 1 Energy System - and distributed in rural areas of Lesotho. The request comes as part of a project developed in collaboration with The Energy and Environment Partnership covering Southern and East Africa (EEP Africa), aimed at enabling more access to clean energy in off-grid, difficult-to-reach communities of the Southern African country.
The tender will be open for submissions until 15 May 2019, 17:00 (Amsterdam time, GMT+1).
Please complete the following application and take note that ACE may request a golden sample for software integration testing. The results of the tender will be communicated by email to the registered bidders by 22 May 2019.
