HALB Fireside Chat: Sports & the Law with Dan Lust

This event will be a discussion on some of the latest hot topics on sports and the law - and on being a successful attorney in the world of sports - with one of the emerging leaders in this practice area, Dan Lust.

Dan Lust is a sports law attorney for Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP in New York, where he counsels on litigation and transactional matters for individuals, agents, schools, politicians, and sports businesses on issues specific to professional and amateur sports. He was named a SuperLawyers Rising Star from 2019-2022 for his private practice work. Outside of his law firm, he serves as the sports law professor at New York Law School and is regularly featured across national and local media, for his legal analysis on high-profile matters. He has made appearances on essentially every major sports platform including ESPN, Fox Sports, CBS Sports, Mad Dog Sports, and Barstool Sports. He is also host of the popular sports law podcast "Conduct Detrimental" and can be found @SportsLawLust on Twitter.

This event will be hosted on Tuesday, November 29th in WCC 1019. Lunch will be provided.
