RETREAT COSTS & ROOM OPTIONS

We will be staying at a beautiful house right on the beach in Waldport, Oregon. The house has seven bedrooms for your comfort. The cost of the Retreat varies depending on your room choice. Because there are only a few rooms in each option, your preference will be filled based on date of registration.

$2350     = Single Room — Ocean View (4 rooms available, each with 1 king)  
$2300 = Single Room — Forest View (2 rooms available, each with 1 king)
$2250     = Shared Room — Forest View  (1 room available with 2 Queen Beds*)
$1750  = Shared Room — Ocean View Room (Share 1 King Bed**)
$1700     = Shared Room — Forest View Room  (Share 1 King Bed**)

* If you choose the shared room with two Queen Beds, you will be roomed with another person who chooses this option.
** For friends/partners only & both need to agree to share a king bed.

If you are coming with a friend or partner and both of you agree to share a bed, please write the name of your roommate here. Please ensure both of you register at the same time to received the shared bed rate.
Payments *
To hold your spot, your payment is due within 7 days of registration. You can pay-in-full and receive a $50 discount or pay a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due no later than March 15th. Contact Zahra Indigo if you would like different payment arrangements to be considered.
Payment Method *
If you choose to pay by check, please send either 1 check with the full payment, or two checks: one with the 50% deposit dated within 7 days of registration and one with the balance due dated for March 15, 2023 or sooner. Your second check will be deposited on the date on the check. Send checks to the mailing address that will be included on the invoice. If you choose to pay by credit card, a 4% processing fee will be added to your invoice and you will be able to pay directly from your invoice.
CANCELATION & REFUND POLICY

We understand that life happens and things can change. If you need to cancel and to instigate a refund, please email Zahra Indigo with your cancelation.

This retreat has limited capacity, and the closer to the retreat we get, the more difficult it is to fill your spot if you are unable to attend. Because of this, the follow policy applies:

~ up to 65 days before the retreat: 95% Refund
~ 64 to 30 days before the retreat: 75% Refund*
~ 29 to 7 days before the retreat: 50% Refund*
~ 6 to 2 day/s before the retreat: 25% Refund*
~ 1 to 0 days or Mid-retreat: No Refund

* If we are able to fill your spot, we will honor the 95% refund.

Please note:
• If you are making payments, this Refund Policy is still applicable and you will be liable for unpaid payments.
• There is a 5% non-refundable deposit applied from the full Retreat cost.
• The minimum to run the Retreat is 6 participants. If there are not enough participants, and the organizers determine the Retreat has to be be canceled, registered participants will receive a 95% refund regardless of date of cancelation—otherwise any participants who cancel by will be refunded based upon the above schedule.

We aim to accommodate all food preferences and needs. Intended meals are listed on the webpage for this Retreat.

Please list any food allergies and how severe. For example - can the food item your are allergic or intolerant to be prepared in the same place as your meal or is it essential that there is no cross contamination? Does it cause anafilaxia?

TRAVEL PLANS

Please arrive in Waldport, Oregon between 11am - 12pm for check-in. Travel from Portland to Waldport takes approximately 2.5 hours and travel from Eugene takes approximately 2 hours.
Will you be flying in to attend the retreat?
Check all that apply. If you are flying in, please plan to arrive at your chosen airport on the 20th so that you can arrive on time to the Retreat house on the 21st. We can assist with finding accommodations for the night of the 20th, if needed.
Can you offer a place to sleep on the night of the 20th to someone flying in for the retreat?

Check any that apply. To limit the number of cars parked at the coast house and to help limit the impact our travel has on the Earth, carpooling is highly encouraged. If you are getting a ride, please help pay for fuel. If you live outside of Portland or Eugene, consider driving to whichever city is closer to you and carpooling from there.

HEALTH
Are you COVID vaccinated? *
Because we will be in close quarters during our 6 days together, everyone will be required to take a COVID test 24 hours prior to the retreat whether or not you have been vaccinated. This requirement has the potential to change given the changing nature of the pandemic. Any changes to this requirement will be made clear within 2 weeks of the Retreat.

For example: Allergic to bees, Diabetic, Mobility challenges, etc. This information will be kept confidential.

Once you submit this Registration Form, Zahra Indigo will send you an invoice based upon your rooming choices and availability. You will also receive more information between now and the Retreat to help you prepare, including the digital release form, the daily schedule, a what-to-bring list, carpooling matches, and the directions to the house.
