RCCMHC will be hosting a month long wellness challenge!

September is Self-Care Awareness Month! RCCMHC will be hosting a month long wellness challenge for our families to participate in! Self-care is focused on individuals caring for their own physical and emotional needs whereas community care is focused on the collective: taking care of people together, for everything from basic physical needs to psychological and spiritual needs.

All participants will be entered into a raffle to win gift cards and tangible tools that promote self-care!

An optional kickoff Zoom event will be held on Wednesday, September 2nd to offer an overview and instructions. If you are unable to join the Zoom meeting, but are interested in participating in the wellness challenge, Holly will follow up with you.

The Scavenger Hunt will begin on Wednesday, September 2nd and end on Wednesday, September 30th.

We will be hosting an ONLINE kick off event for the month long wellness challenge. We will meet on Zoom to give and overview and instructions. The Zoom meeting will take place on Wednesday, September 2nd 11:00-11:30am. Everyone is welcome to bring their lunch so we can enjoy a meal together virtually! *

Everyone who registers to attend the Kick-Off Event will receive the Zoom link on Wednesday morning via email and text message.
