Running with UcanJog2 is about having fun, getting fit, improving health and mental wellbeing. We are a group of women who value inclusion, connection and enjoyment as part of a supportive women's running club.
All women are welcome regardless of ability! 
Sessions are designed for ladies of all different abilities whether you have never run before or already running.

Running will benefit your cardiovascular health and make you feel great but are you using running as a way to manage weight loss? *
If you are wanting to lose weight, owner of the club Debra is an evidence based certified Nutritionist and Online Coach working with ladies Individually and in Groups to support, educate and coach them with their nutrition to work towards their goals. Is this something you may potentially be interested in? *
Informed consent – liability waiver I do hereby declare myself to be physically sound and suffering from no condition, impairment, disease or infirmity or other illness (other than those declared on the attached medical questionnaire) that would prevent my participation or use of equipment or facilities except as herein stated. I acknowledge that I have either had a physical examination and have been given my doctors permission to participate, or that I have decided to participate in activity without the approval of my doctor and do hereby assume all responsibility for my participation and activities, and utilisation of equipment and machinery in my activities. *
The club has a really easy to use booking app where you can book, cancel and manage your runs sessions. The link to download the Fit by Wix app to your phone is below. 
You are able to purchase a Single Session to try a run with the club before purchasing a batch of sessions where cost is reduced and you can use them on a Pay as you Go system  *t&c's apply.

After completing your first 6 sessions with the club you are required to join the club to receive the member benefits and be part of our unique club that values being inclusive to all women regardless of ability or goals.
