The home-based Child Care Business Program (CCBP) is a FREE program that provides participants with the knowledge, skills and support to become an in-home child care provider. Oswego County, Integrated Community Planning, Jefferson Community College, Oswego Workforce NY and the Small Business Development Center have collaborated to design and launch the program. Participants that complete the CCBP will have gained NYS OCFS approval to operate a home-based child care program and will have earned a Certificate of Completion in Early Childhood Education/Small Business Management from JCC.
