HUB Cycling members are eligible to vote for Board of Directors candidates. Board of Directors are elected at annual at the HUB September Annual General Meeting (AGM).

If you are a current HUB member, register below to request your electronic ballot and have a say on the future direction of the organization.

Electronic Ballots will be sent to members who have registered* in the 2 weeks leading up to the AGM (2024 AGM is September 21). Results will be announced at the AGM on September 21st.

*If you have already registered to attend the HUB AGM you will automatically be sent an electronic ballot once your membership has been verified. You do not need to attend the AGM to vote in the election.
