Please note this program is by application only. Once accepted into the program, we will book your VIP Day as agreed, based on your and my availability. Full payment of USD $2,297 will be due within 48 hours. 
Fee inclusions and exclusions:
-  The fee includes costs for the day such as venue we will meet at, coffee/snacks, and lunch during the day.
- The fee does NOT include costs associated with your travel to/from Vancouver and the venue we will meet at, your accommodation in Vancouver, or other personal and incidental costs you may incur. 
Cancellation Terms: 
If you need to cancel your scheduled VIP Day, you will be refunded as follows:
- The paid amount minus a $300 administrative fee, only if you provide a minimum of one (1) week notice prior to your scheduled VIP Day.
- No amount if you provide less than one (1) week notice prior to your scheduled VIP Day (the entire amount of $2,297 will be forfeited in this case).
Rescheduling Terms:
You may reschedule your VIP Day once, in the case of a personal emergency or health issue.
There is no cost to reschedule if you provide a minimum of one (1) week notice prior to your scheduled VIP Day.
For less than one (1) week notice, you will be charged a $150 administrative fee. All fees are in CAD $ and inclusive of tax.
