In today’s climate, it can be challenging to recruit, hire and retain a healthy, safe, and resilient workforce. Even before 2020, nearly one in four young adults reported regular use of illicit drugs, and the percentage of workers testing positive for illicit drugs was higher than it’s been in nearly a decade. In the shadow of the COVID-19 pandemic, drug overdose deaths have risen, almost a third of adults report drinking on the clock, and one in three reports struggling with anxiety and/or depression. In this free session learn trends and strategies for recruiting and maintaining employees both young and old.
