- WHY JOIN FLY ONCE GYMNASTIC ELITE TEAM?
Fly Once Gymnastics has been training gymnasts for almost 20 years! With our experience, we can constantly perfect our systematic training plan to help our gymnasts excel. We hire retired professional gymnasts who can set realistic goals for each gymnast to help optimize their performance. Helping them to focus on what is important and give them a sense of control and positive self-direction.

In Fly Once Gymnastics, we do not only focus on their achievement in sports. We also emphasize cultivating and internalize the core values, attitudes, and competencies to become self-directed learners and confident people.

- WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF ELITE TEAM?
Gymnasts under Elite Team are training in all disciplines towards high performance. They are also eligible to represent Fly Once to compete in local and overseas international FIG-sanctioned competitions.

- WHAT IS THE REQUIREMENT?
Min Age: 7 years old. No background is needed, selected gymnasts have to commit to a minimum 16hr/week of training.

- IF MY CHILD IS BELOW 7 BUT INTERESTED IN JOINING COMPETITIVE TEAM, CAN I SIGN UP?
Yes! We have Kinder Competitive Class as well, please feel free to book a FREE session!

- IF I AM NOT ABLE TO COMMIT TO THE ELITE TEAM TRAINING HOUR, CAN I SIGN UP?
Yes! We provide other competitive programs as well (in-house/developmental/advance), these competitive programs have lesser commitment!

- IF MY CHILD IS NOT SELECTED INTO THE COMPETITVE TEAM? CAN I STILL CONTINUE TO LEARN GYMNASTICS?
Yes! We provide Kinder and recreational programs! These programs will also target all muscle groups for total-body strength and flexibility.

WHAT IS SELECTION PROCEDURE?
1. Book an assessment slot via the google form
2. We will WhatsApp you your assessment confirmation
3. Come according to the given assessment session
4. Selection result will be released on the day of assessment

Session 3: Saturday (10am - 11am)
Session 4: Sunday (2pm - 3pm)
Session 5: Sunday (3pm - 4pm)

Session 7: Tuesday (3pm - 4pm)
Session 8: Tuesday (4pm - 5pm)
Session 9: Tuesday (5pm - 6pm)
