How this works:

2) Make the appropriate payment WITHIN 7 DAYS to the bank account below with "AcroFest + Your Name" as a reference.
3) We will write to you AFTER we receive payment to confirm your space! Your space is only secured when payment is there.

If your ticket is a WAITING LIST ticket, please do NOT make a payment UNTIL WE CONFIRM that you have a ticket! :)

Are you signing up with a group discount?

Groups of 3 or more receive a discount when paid for in full by one person. If you want to do this, please list the people in your group, and AND say who is making the payment for the group. To receive the group discount of 10%, only one payment per group is possible.

What sort of ticket would you like? *

Tickets with accommodation include three meals a day, three nights accommodation, all workshops and performances. The festival day pass includes lunch and dinner on all days as well as all workshops and performances.

Room accommodation (max 6 people) - CHF 390 (EUR 370)

Dormitory accommodation (max 15 people) - CHF 350 (EUR 330)

Group ticket: sign up with two friends: room accommodation (max 6 people) - CHF 999 (EUR 940)

Group ticket: sign up with two friends for the dormitory (max 15 people) - CHF 929.- (EUR 875)

Full festival pass NO FOOD, NO ACCOMMODATION - CHF 240 (EUR 227)

Full festival pass, lunch and dinner provided, NO ACCOMMODATION - CHF 280 (EUR 266)

Name change: Free at any time before festival start
Cancellations before 1st September 2020: 50% refund
Cancellations after 1st September 2020: No refund
