Upholding the confidentiality of each client is our highest priority.

The sessions are bounded by Philippine practitioners and thus must follow ethical codes and laws set in the Philippines. Rest assured all personal data that will be collected complies with Philippine laws such as (RA10173 Data Privacy Law, RA 10029 Philippine Psychology Act and RA11036 Mental Health Law) and the Ethics bounded by the Psychological Association of the Philippines (PAP).

The personal data we collect will be held as an electronic record in the Fidecita database with utmost confidentiality and will be held for a period of 2 years. Online recording of the sessions with the client is at the client's prerogative. The right of confidentiality is broken when any of the following happens:

1. There is a serious and dangerous intent or attempt to harm the self.
2. There is a serious and dangerous intent or attempt to harm others.
3. When there is a court order or it is required by law.
4. Client's Authorization to release the record only through written means.
