Grade 8 Graduation Survey
Please complete the following survey regarding the graduation ceremonies for the class of 2021.  We will be hosting both a remote graduation ceremony scheduled to stream at 4:00 pm on June 22, 2021 as well as an in-person graduation ceremony.  The in-person graduation ceremony will take place on June 21st at 3:30 pm on Madison High School's Football Field.  There will be no rain date for the in-person ceremony should there be inclement weather.  

All graduates and attendees of the in-person ceremony will be required to show proof of immunization for COVID-19 or a negative PCR COVID-19 test result dated within three days (72 hours) of the Graduation Ceremony.  Due to New York State and City capacity guidelines, each graduate attending the in-person ceremony will be given ONE (1) guest ticket.  Each guest must present their assigned ticket at the event.  Guests will enter and exit the field separate from graduates.  All graduates and guests must leave the field immediately after the ceremony has ended.  Persons without a ticket will NOT be allowed to attend the event or view the event on-site(the field fences will be covered and the event will not be visible from outside the fence).  Due to COVID-19 restrictions, no additional tickets may be requested.
