Survey for Formerly Incarcerated and Loved Ones of those in WA DOC Prisons
This form is not an official survey from the Statewide Family Council, but it will be used by members of the Statewide Family Council to share insight with Statewide Family Council officers to make recommendations to WA DOC about how to better support prisoners and their loved ones during incarceration. For as long as WA DOC insists on imposing solitary confinement as a punishment, how would you suggest that WA DOC improve quality of life for those in solitary, and how could WA DOC do a better job of sharing information with and supporting families of prisoners during periods of solitary confinement?
