Please give an accurate number of attendees. This can be in a range, however estimating this too low will not enable us to reserve enough accommodations. Estimates that are two high may cause unnecessarily large deposit fees. We keep our daily numbers to 320 max.

Event Start Date (first preference) *

Stillwood's facilities are very much in demand so booking in advance is recommended especially for Spring/Fall Dates. For new bookings we do not allow booking more than 11 months in advance. This gives existing bookings 30 days of first right of refusal to their annual events. For Day groups, we only book 6 months in advance. Bookings from June 20, 2024- August 30th, 2024 cannot be accommodated due to our Children's Summer Camp Programs happening during that time.
