Please give an accurate number of attendees. This can be in a range, however estimating this too low will not enable us to reserve enough accommodations. Estimates that are two high may cause unnecessarily large deposit fees. We can host up to 500 people. Our minimum to host is 15 people.

Event Start Date (first preference) *

Stillwood's facilities are very much in demand so booking in advance is recommended especially for Spring/Fall Dates. For new bookings we do not allow booking more than 11 months in advance. This gives existing bookings 30 days of first right of refusal to their annual events. For Day groups, we only book 6 months in advance. Bookings from June 27, 2025- August 29th, 2025 cannot be accommodated due to our Children's Summer Camp Programs happening during that time.
